I can ensure you that valet parking here sucks, a friend of mine is handicap and the valet made him park his vehicle 30 feet from the entrance just for his comfort. If I was alone, I would definitely remind the valet of his role in life. The desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The views are average, nothing really wow. Overall its pricey but does not worth it.

Staff is helpful but soundproofing in apts simply does not exist. You can hear everything! How such an expensive property could be made of such cheap materials. It embarrasses me! Buy yourself earplugs if you want to be able to sleep at night. Cant wait to move out!

Gorgeous waterfront place with most of the condos overlooking the bay! Modern design and stylish common areas. Good investment opportunity. Proximity to everything and no traffic jams. One of the best condos in Miami.
