Edgewater is a stylish residential neighborhood to the North of downtown Miami that features many historic early 20th century homes, as well as a number of sumptuous mid-rise and high-rise developments. It is suffused with elegant tropical plants and beautiful landscaping.
Edgewater is on average a half an hour drive away from all the major area attractions, such as the bustling nightlife of Miami Beach, traditional and historic museums, year-round festivals, boat shows, and world-famous sporting events, like golf and tennis championships. One of the closest sights is the Pace Picnic Islands, which are easily accessible by boat and offer plenty of nature to soak in.
The neighborhood itself features a large grocery store – Publix, and several banks, restaurants, and shops with a broad range of prices that are suitable for different wallets.
