Properly managed. This condo doesnt have a gym. There is a small pool facing the Intracoastal.

Many things are constantly out of service. It takes forever to fix it. Meantime, the administration keeps searching for ways to charge you extra — recently they have introduced a new for using the BBQ zone. Jacuzzi is always broken. Old gym.
