The Bond at Brickell is a high-rise residential tower with 328 residences. Completed in 2016, the condominium is 44-stories high and is located in the hottest neighborhood of Miami. It boasts contemporary and luxury exterior solutions introduced by famous architects from Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, who found inspiration in the architecture of Bond Street in London. This condominium represents a great mixture of style and quality overseen in every single inch of the premises.
The Bond offers studios and spacious residences with one-to-three bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 506 to 2,236 square feet, as well as bi-level loft-styled penthouses. Owing to the location of the condominium, as well as to floor-to-ceiling windows and deep private terraces, residences reveal picturesque panoramic views of the Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Miami’s skyline. Each apartment can boast luxury appliances, custom European cabinetry, 9-foot high ceilings, contemporary technologies, and many other features.
The Bond at Brickell provides a comprehensive range of resort-style amenities including a beautifully landscaped pool deck with a waterfall, a zero-edge lap pool, a well-equipped fitness club, a stylish business center, and many other facilities. Full-service concierge, valet parking, and security services encourage comfort and privacy of residency.
The condominium is located next to the Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Miami Circle Park, while the most popular destinations in the surrounding area, such as Coconut Grove and South Beach, Miami International Airport, American Airlines Arena, and Marlin drive, are accessible within a short drive.

I cant think of another place in Miami that has management as bad as this building. The residents can use the pool 24/7, so at night I cant sleep because of the music and screams. I will never again live here!
I love the design of the building, the management, and the location. The balance between cost and quality has totally been reached. I would only advise adding some exterior lighting to make the building look more attractive.
