The Gallery Art is a contemporary high-rise condominium designed by Fullerton-Diaz in the Mondrian architectural style. The community is located in the neighborhood famous for its focus on art and entertainment, but at the same time, it remains a peaceful and comfortable residential area. Hosting only 176 condos, the Gallery Art encourages privacy and comfort of living.
It offers spacious floor plans with a variety of configurations boasting large open terraces, 9-foot high ceilings, Italian-style kitchens, and many other residence features. A full range of onsite amenities, such as a spacious sun deck with a large pool, a meditation garden, and even a lava rock sauna offers residents a lifestyle full of pleasure and comfort.

Convenient location, spacious and modern floor plans, plenty of amenities. The only complaint is the super thin walls between units, poor soundproofing so I can hear even my neighbors whisper, and of course typical cheap Chinese fixtures and finishes (look nice until they break).
