    Wild prices and terrible management. Nevertheless, all of the valet parking crew and lobby attendants are very friendly and helpful though!

    I have been living there for almost five years, and the thing I can say now - it was the best place for living in Miami definitely, as it has many amenities and offers great service. Everything was perfect and I miss that time.

    Very beautiful and peaceful condo. The maintenance is fine but the thing I dislike is very complicated security system. Firstly you need to pass very attentive gate security and then you need to use special key to use elevators. In addition, there is no guest parking and you literally forced to use the valet parking service.

    The best thing to say about this condo is that there is a huge dog park where you can play with your pets. Unfortunately, they charge one grand per month for each pet. Now I will tell you all other things I hated here: elevators are always broken, facilities are old and need to be upgraded. There is only one parking space per unit even if you have 2 bedrooms apt, everybody else is forced to pay valet and your car will not be under a roof. Elevators are always broken and they take a long long time to arrive, you will lose a lot of time on the elevators here. The pool and Jacuzzi will bleach your bathing suit and ruin it, all my black ones are now rusty brown! The jacuzzi is even worse,! it’s boiling hot and full of bleach, very unhealthy. Some units have carpet, and they can keep your deposit if they find something wrong with it when you move out. When you have to come in thru the parking lot you have to walk, open a million doors, take stairs and do all kinds of walking and then wait on the elevator that takes forever to come. The stairs are inaccessible to go up from the lobby, they are only exit stairs, they take you outside of the building, they don’t go to the lobby so you cannot take the stairs if the elevator doesn’t arrive. You cannot access this building from Lehman causeway and you cannot get on it without having to do a huge loop under the causeway.
