MEi Miami is a luxurious waterfront development designed in an Asian style. Completed in 2008, the project represents a joint venture between PMG Collins LLC and Kobi Karp architects. The eastern influence is reflected in both the Pagoda-inspired exterior and the luxurious and curious indoor features such as shimmering glass, flowing water crafted in limestone, teak floors, and exotic textile.
The building is comprised of 21 floors and accommodates 133 residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 778 to 1,742 sq.ft. Each condo features high-end kitchen appliances by Bosch and Franke, custom tempered glass counters, high-end teak and stainless steel fixtures, marble floors and famous “Performance Showers” by Kohler, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive terraces with sliding doors revealing magnificent views of the ocean. In addition, residences can boast some of the most innovative technologies, and of course have high-speed communications.
MEi Miami offers a wonderful set of exclusive amenities including a ZEN library and TEA lounge, a modern fitness center with Technogym equipment, a yoga studio, a spa, an infinity-edge pool, and lagoons situated in tropically-landscaped gardens.
