    One of the best residential areas surrounded by marinas with impressive yachts.

    This condo was amazing as it offers excellent service and looks very elegant and presentable rather than the one Ive lived at near Dolphin Mall. Excellent place for couples, or if you are a visitor - for a date, birthday party, anniversary, etc.

    It is absolutely the worst place to live as the condo is badly run by Mark Kegley. Attendants at the front desk spread gossips about the management and other residents, staff members speak English very badly, fees are high but the level of maintenance is low, management is only concerned about how the building looks outside but do not care about how it felt living here. Parking is a great issue of complaints as residents always parking in other people spots. The water pressure throughout the building is very low, it probably related to the plumbing issues while management representatives address this problem to residents. It is a serious mess over there. Oh, did not mention the residents. They are just about the rudest, nastiest people I have ever encountered anywhere. Luckily I was renting the condo there. So glad to be gone!

    Such a beautiful condo!! You can just sit and dream all day long enjoying breathtaking views!! This is what high living is all about!! If you can afford it - just go for it!! Wonderful!!
