    I am not sure that the district where the condo is located is safe. Of course we cannot blame the Wind for that, but you need to think about it when you choose a place to live. Moreover the valet parking is too expensive. All in all the complex is good, especially I liked the lobby.

    I would definitely recommend this place! The location is one in a million and absolutely no traffic. By the way, it is the only gated community in the area.

    The only advantage I see here is closeness to i95. Very rude management, which I find strange, as a new tower will be built and will block the view of the river and Brickell, not to mention sounds of construction and dust. How is it possible that people working at valet service do not speak English? If there is no space in the garage the cars of the guests will be parked across the street, were homeless people can vandalize the property. Moreover, this parking lot is not a safe place at night. Package receiving service is open only a few hours a day and it is anyway very difficult to catch somebody there. Sometime the swimming pool is closed, due to some unknown reasons. Residents don’t clean after their dogs, it is disgusting. I would never again want to live here.
