Wind Neo is a modern high-rise condominium, which was the first residential unit to be completed in 2008 as part of the Riverfront community project. Being a joint venture between NEO LLC developer and the award-winning Reveulta Vega Leon Architect bureau, Wind can be rightly called one of the finest real estate projects. It combines attractive design, in-unit functionality, an array of facilities, and a convenient location at a similar distance from Brickell and Downtown Miami.
The building has 41-floors providing spectacular views of the Miami River and Downtown Miami. It accommodates 489 residences with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 698 to 1,385 square feet. Each condo features modern appliances, gourmet kitchens, granite and marble countertops, and private balconies.
Wind Neo can impress even the most demanding person with its comprehensive list of onsite amenities including a large swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, a spa, a playroom, a business center with conference and meeting rooms, and numerous community rooms. In addition, it provides residents with full-time security, a concierge, valet parking, and room dining services.
Residents can find some dining options on the ground floor of Wind as well as in neighboring condos. Regarding the nearby features, plenty of fine dining, shopping, and nightlife options are at Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre, which are located within walking distance. A short drive allows residents to access the most attractive Miami destinations, such as Coconut Grove, South Beach, and Miami International Airport.

The only advantage I see here is closeness to i95. Very rude management, which I find strange, as a new tower will be built and will block the view of the river and Brickell, not to mention sounds of construction and dust. How is it possible that people working at valet service do not speak English? If there is no space in the garage the cars of the guests will be parked across the street, were homeless people can vandalize the property. Moreover, this parking lot is not a safe place at night. Package receiving service is open only a few hours a day and it is anyway very difficult to catch somebody there. Sometime the swimming pool is closed, due to some unknown reasons. Residents don’t clean after their dogs, it is disgusting. I would never again want to live here.
