Miramar is a bedroom community in Broward County that was established in 1955. The community stretches all the way from the eastern border of the world-famous Everglades National Park to Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, West Park, and Miami-Dade County in the East. It was initially founded as a bedroom community and is still serving its purpose perfectly as the price of land here is relatively cheap, while the commute to Miami and Fort Lauderdale is fast and effortless.
The vast majority of property listings here feature single-family homes with many developments being built and the community still expanding. It features a number of good schools, several parks, and a variety of children- and family-friendly venues and entertainment centers.
