Olympus is a waterfront condominium community. The complex is comprised of three buildings (varying from 12 to 24 floors). Olympus A with 12 stories was the first one to be developed in 1975. The second was Olympus B, a 17-story building with 370 residences, and finally Olympus C, which arranges 434 condos over 24 floors.
Olympus offers spacious residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 828 to 2,000 sq.ft. Despite being quite an old development, most of the units have been recently renovated in compliance with contemporary interior design standards and can now boast granite countertops, wood and tile floors, eat-in kitchens, spacious balconies, and many other features.
Olympus offers a spectacular set of onsite amenities, which encompass a private marina with a boat dock, a large swimming pool overlooking the waterfront, a gym, four tennis courts, a sauna, a billiard room, laundry services, cable TV in common areas, a beautifully-landscaped outdoor space, round-the-clock security, and many other amenities.
Residents can find numerous restaurants and retail outlets, the Gulf stream racetrack, and even a casino nearby. A short drive allows residents to reach the hottest Miami destinations such as Aventura city, Sunny Isles, and Golden Beach neighborhoods.

We live here for a long time and all we can say is that Olympus is the right place to live. The condo is on the way to becoming very well remolded, plus territory has very stylish landscape. The staff does an incredible job.
If you’re looking for discrimination and deception - that’s the place. Its old. Unfriendly atmosphere. Noisy. The only good thing to say about is a large pool, but a lot of rules. You better find yourself another place to live.
Old condo with very bad interiors. Lobby and hallways lack updates. The pool area is nice but everyone has to wear a wrist band, including residents. A lot of older people with kids chill there on weekends. I dont want to say this is the worst place, but you can find better for the same price.
