Despite this place is very good to live in because of location and good facilities, employees here provide one of the worst customer services. Management crew regularly rotate so each "shift" blames the previous one for all brokes and imperfections, so problems are not solved! Also, its a great challenge to even speak with anyone from management. The security staff knows what theyre doing tho. Very bad customer service.
