Caribbean is a set of residential towers that were initially built in 1941, but in 2008 have been renovated into modern condominiums. Christa Development Corporation and Bluerock, in collaboration with the famous architect Kobi Karp, made a new design for these buildings, while another acclaimed architect, Christopher Ciccone, did the interior design. The complex is comprised of two residential units: the North Tower rises 6 floors high and accommodates 35 luxurious residences, while the South Tower is 19-stories high and has 68 units. The community offers residences with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans that range in size from 1,434 to 3,910 sq.ft. All of them can boast 10′ high ceilings, spacious closets, designer cabinets, modern appliances by Sub-Zero and Miele, designer fixtures, stone countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized private balconies, and many other features.
Regarding the community facilities, Carribean is first among others in terms of the list of onsite amenities and services, which include a porte-cochere entrance highlighting the authentic facade, direct access to the beachfront, a heated swimming pool overlooking the oceanfront, a modern fitness center, high-speed elevators, wine storage, round-the-clock security, and concierge and valet parking services.
The community is set in close proximity to numerous restaurants, cafes, retail stores, as well as to MiMo architecture inheritance. Downtown Miami, Brickell, the Design District, and Miami International Airport are only a short drive away.
