This resort lacks staff workers. Too many rules and too few services compared to other communities in Sunny Isles. Amenities almost do not exist comparing with other Sunny Isles properties. Friendly, dedicated employees, but most of them dont speak English. Always full with short term renters/tourists. Sometimes residents have to pay for their guest parking, which is not practiced elsewhere. Parking cost 20 dollars per day during holidays. Spacious pool deck, tv room closes at 10, the gym at eleven. The gym has a very good view of the pier and the shore.
They need to fire current and hire adequate and respectful valets. One day I almost cold cops because the guy was offending me. Staff manager needs to deal with this immediately!

Wonderful condo especially if youre living on upper floors! It has outstanding facilities.
Amazing pool staff and very convenient location. The main lobby area is well kept and the pool was nice and warm. Beach area is large but gets crowded during the weekend. Keep in mind that you’re surrounded by Newport, a restaurant, and a public beach. The kids playroom is tiny and not well kept but all public areas looked clean and nice. Valet situation is a bit strange as there is always a line for pick-up and drop-off.
