    Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the management company and the personnel, which is absolutely indifferent to any of your problems. Most of the amenities are unavailable for unknown reasons. Out of 10 months I’ve spent here, 6 of them the swimming pool was closed.

    Very friendly staff. I am happy to own an apartment here. Year by year the management company is improving the territory and amenities.

    You won’t find a location better than this one! The variety of amenities is great; you can enjoy a spectacular view from the fitness center. The staff and the neighbors are very friendly; I find it very unusual for Miami. The best restaurants are walking distance away. My favorite are Zuma and Novikov.
