Brickell Key or Claughton Island is a perfectly triangular man-made island just to the East of the mainland and in close proximity to the Brickell district in Miami, also known as the Wall Street of the South. The island is connected to the mainland via a small bridge and is a gated community.
Brickell Key prides itself in being an exclusive luxurious neighborhood with a tropical paradise atmosphere. Its residents get to enjoy all the benefits of a secluded resort with restricted access and a meticulously-maintained infrastructure that includes a gourmet market, dry cleaners, a beauty salon, a restaurant, and a number of children’s playgrounds. While this secluded environment is away from noisy tourist crowds, it is close to all the attractions and top-class entertainment scattered around. The island features a beautiful 1.1-mile jogging track in Brickell Key Park that provides stunning views of the sparkling azure ocean waters and is immaculately lined with opulent tropical foliage.
There are only eleven condominium complexes on the island, all of which are waterfront and offer captivating views of either the Miami skyline or the Atlantic ocean and barrier islands.
