    Most of the elevators are usually broken, so you have to spend from 5 to 10 minutes to wait for them. Very badly managed. But very nice restaurant though.

    One of the worst associations. Very bad towel service: they will never replace the old ones until you tip them.

    Abundance of amenities. Amazing customer service, delicious food at the restaurant.

    Extremely helpful staff including security and valet parking. Very well maintained and is currently undergoing renovation.
