Bristol Tower is a luxury high-rise condominium boasting high-end architectural solutions proposed by Revuelta Vega Leon Architects. Completed in 1994 by Ugo Columbo, this residential unit accommodates only 147 residences over 40 stories of the tower. The circular design of the building provides its residents with a 270-degree view of the Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Bristol Tower offers spacious condos with one-to-five bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,610 to 4,435 square feet. Despite the fact that every single unit of the building is unique, all residences feature wrap-around balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and modern appliances.
Residents have access to an impressive list of onsite amenities such as a swimming pool, a modern fitness center, a sauna, and a clubroom, as well as round-the-clock concierge, valet parking and security services.
The condominium is located on the vibrant Brickell Avenue with its numerous restaurants and retail stores, while American Airlines Arena, Miami International Airport, the Marlins Park, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Bayfront Marketplace, and Sun Life Stadium are only a short drive away.

Very unusual architecture. Though it was built 26 years ago it still looks up-to-date. No other building around can compare with Bristol Tower. It is also well maintained, thanks to the building management. I am very lucky to have an apartment here!
