    The best thing about my apartment was that I could enjoy the ocean breeze. Luckily I do not own an apartment here, as the management company is a disaster.

    The personnel does their job at a high level. Garage and security service are also great.

    I bought an apartment in this condominium, and I feel so disappointed. Though the building itself is ok, the management company is a disaster. People working there are ill-mannered and unprofessional. The building manager is very difficult to reach, as she answers neither phone calls nor emails.
