I have not yet experienced any of the complaints noted by other commentators. All common areas are cleaned on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have any problems. They need to establish strict rules to maintain a pleasant and secure property for residents. The location is the greatest!

This is the worst place I ever lived in. The building manager was never friendly. He will make your life a nightmare when you decide to move out. The management will do all they can, not to return your deposit.

Avoid this place! French style balcony will be your best experience here! Management here doesnt have any customer service skills. The building manager first two Buildings acts really weird and silly. My advice is to stay away and just rent or buy in any other place. Anything will be better than the Plaza!

I have lived in the first building for the past 8 years. I like our building manager Rose. I cant say anything about other managers in other buildings. Most neighbors in my building are friendly. Ive never had any issues with the Security at all. Since the property is old, we sometimes come across some problems, such as pipes. Pay attention to the pipes in your unit.

The greatest advantage is the location. The beach is very close, people are very nice, and a plaza with all the amenities is near the condo. You can enjoy yourself at the beach and feel secure. The building is in excellent condition, though it was done 40 years ago. It is being renewed.
