    Tenants and staff are very friendly, but the building/common areas need to be updated, specifically all the carpets. There are stains on the carpets everywhere, walls need to be painted.

    Despite its perfectly located this condo has very terrible management. They dont care about their direct duties and introduce new regulations each month to collect more fines. Arrogant people and thieves!

    Very convenient location with everything needed nearby. For boat lovers, there is Yacht Hi-Lift Marina located just across the street. A vibrant neighborhood in the past, now its a great place for families who enjoy privacy. Hurricane safe building.
