The condominium’s amenities include a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and many other resort-style facilities. The building has a stylish lobby and round-the-clock concierge service.
Only a few steps away from the condos, residents can find the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Additionally, the famous Aventura Mall, with its restaurants and shops, and the Hard Rock Casino are only two and ten minute drives away respectively.

Very convenient location, just one block from the beach and close to the Aventura Mall, high-grade services and very nice interiors. The outdoors is gorgeous, comfortable and high-end living. Highly recommended.
I visited this place with a group of friends, and we love it! It has amazing amenities and magnificent views; excellent location; however, service is very poor there. It felt like nobody knew what they were doing. I have to mention that the only person who was able to help me was a nice lady named Daniela. I’m really thankful to her but other employees have to learn how to serve.
